Alan Rush is the owner of Rush Profits, LLC.  He is an In-home sales expert, keynote speaker, and consultant, up-leveling people, systems and processes, which he has for 100s of chimney businesses all over the United States.  Alan has performed over 5,000 sales ride alongs with chimney consultants to help enhance their sales techniques.

Ellen Rohr nearly sank her husband’s plumbing company. It seemed like lots of money was moving through the company, but at the end of the month there was never any money left. With the help of great mentors, Ellen figured out how to fix and grow successful businesses.  She teaches business planning and financial literacy, helping contractors make business simpler and more profitable.

Now, she shares business building strategies as Brand + Industry Marketing Lead for ServiceTitan, the premier operating software for the trades. She is an owner and founder of Zoom Drain Franchise, LLC. a drain cleaning franchise concept with more than 60 locations across the country. And, Ellen is the author of four un-fussy business books:  Where Did the Money Go?, How Much Should I Charge?, The Bare Bones Biz Plan and The Weekend Biz Plan.

Mark Stoner has been in the chimney business for over 40 years with 110 employees.  He is the recipient of the CSIA’s Lifetime Achievement Award, a NCSG Presidents Award winner and founding partner of the SureFire Training Academy.  Mark’s company Ashbusters has repaired over 150,000 chimneys.  Mark helped write the certification manual for the CSIA and is one of three Master Chimney Sweeps in the state of TN.
